My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were well-appointed with individual fireplaces, and the spa downstairs was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. However, our lower-floor room didn't offer the best balcony view compared to the mountain view we had previously.

The service, including May Dutheil, Fernando Pereira, and the whole crew in the Ski Room, was incredibly kind, friendly, and personalized. They knew our names and greeted us warmly. They were also very helpful in providing advice on ski equipment and runs, going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were amazing with great views from the upper levels, spacious, and very clean. However, they were not serviced until late in the day, causing some inconvenience. The service was a bit of a wait during check-in, but the staff overall were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right next to the Medran gondola, making it easy to access the ski slopes. The dining experience was wonderful, with a vast buffet selection. The facilities were well-equipped, including inside pools and different saunas.
